When will my order ship? Where is it coming from?

If you're in the continental US, and you order by 5 PM your local time on a business day, your order will ship the same day. We have eight warehouses across the continental US, and at least two in each time zone. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship from California, with same-day shipping available for orders placed by 5 PM Pacific.


You're out of a product I want. Can I backorder it?

Nope, sorry. If we don't have it, we don't sell it. You can, however, ask to be notified by email when out-of-stock items arrive.

 

I need help using a product. Can you help me?

Not directly, but we can help you find what you need. Take a look at our handy reference of Manufacturer Contacts, or contact us for further assistance.

 

How do I return an item?

It's easy. Just log in, click My Account, and click Returns on the right sidebar. Choose the reason you're returning the product, then send the item back to the address provided.
