Standard Return Policy

This is the BingoBlue Standard Return Policy, which applies to most products on this website. For information about returns of a specific product, we suggest you click the Returns tab on that product's catalog page.


In General

All returns must have an RMA number prior to sending back the product. Please write the RMA number on the outer shipping carton, not on the manufacturer's packaging.  Returns without an RMA number, or not labeled with the RMA number, will be refused and returned at your expense. You may combine multiple RMA numbers into one return shipment as long as they are destined for the same place. However, you may not combine products being returned for different reasons into the same RMA number.

 

Wrong Items

If we ship you the wrong item, you have seven (7) days from the day of delivery to request a replacement. We may require you to return the original product(s) first. If so, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. We will then send you a new item for free. If we do not have stock with which to replace it, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Wrong Items must be operational, undamaged, and complete. The manufacturer's packaging must be unopened and undamaged.

If you order the wrong item, that is an Unwanted Item (see below).

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you have seven (7) days from the day of delivery to request a replacement. We may require you to return the original product(s), and/or assist us in filing a damage claim with the carrier.

 

Defective Items

If the product does not meet manufacturer specifications, you have thirty (30) days to send the product back at your expense. We will provide you with an address to send the product back. Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement. If you request a replacement, but we do not have stock with which to replace it, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Defective Items must be undamaged and complete.


Unwanted Items

If, for any other reason, you need to send a product back, you have thirty (30) days to do so. Unwanted Items are returned at your expense. We will provide you with an address to send the product back. Returns of Unwanted Items incur a 20% restocking fee that is deducted from your refund.
