Returns fall into four categories: sealed box, defective, unwanted, and unauthorized. Exclusions may apply to certain manufacturers or product categories. If ever in doubt, feel free to contact us.
Sealed Box and Defective Returns
We accept sealed box and defective returns within 30 days of your purchase date as long as you have a valid RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping.
We generally treat unwanted returns the same way we treat Sealed Box and Defective ones. However, a 20% restocking fee will apply. To prevent these types of returns, feel free to contact us to verify product compatibility before ordering.
Returns without a valid RMA number are considered unauthorized returns. These items will either be discarded or returned to you at your expense, at our option.
Excessive Returns Disclaimer
We value our relationship with our customers and aim to provide the best service possible. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who demonstrate a pattern of excessive returns or abuse our return policy. Such patterns could include, but are not limited to, frequency of returns, repeated return of the same product types, or other suspicious return behavior. We believe in fairness for all our customers, and excessive returns can lead to increased costs, which may be passed on to our customers.
